Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
VICENTE MOSQUERA REY, hereinafter the CONTROLLER, informs the user that it has created a profile on the social networks Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube, and that it is the controller responsible for processing the user's personal data carried out on those social networks. This data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR), and Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre (LOPDGDD), and you are therefore provided with the following processing information:
Why do we process your personal data?
Purpose of the processing: to maintain a relationship between the user and the Controller, which may include the following activities:
- Handling requests and enquiries addressed to the Controller.
- Informing about activities and events organised by the Controller.
- Informing about products or services offered by the Controller.
- Interacting through official profiles.
On what grounds can we process your personal data?
Legal basis for processing: article 6.1.a GDPR, the data subject has given consent for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes. The user has a profile on the same social network and has decided to join the Controller's social network, thereby showing interest in the information published there; therefore, at the time of requesting to follow our official profiles, you provide us with your consent for the processing of the personal data published on your profile.
The user can access the social network's own privacy policies at any time, as well as configure their profile to ensure their privacy. The Controller has access to and processes the user's public information, particularly their contact name. This data is used only within the social network itself and will only be added to a file held by the Controller when necessary to process the user's request.
How long will we keep your personal data?
Data retention criteria: the data will be kept for as long as the user does not withdraw the consent given, as indicated in this privacy policy.
Who do we share your personal data with?
Information provided by the user through the Controller's social networks, including their personal data, may be published — always depending on the services used by the user — and may therefore be made publicly available to other third-party users of the social networks. From each social network profile, the user can configure what information they want to make public, view the permissions granted, remove them or deactivate them. No disclosure of personal data to third parties outside the social network is envisaged, except where essential for carrying out and fulfilling the purposes of the processing, to our communications service providers, with whom the Controller has signed the confidentiality and data processing agreements required by current regulations.
What are your rights?
The rights available to the user can only be exercised in relation to information that is under the Controller's control:
- Right to withdraw consent at any time.
- Right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of your data, and to restrict or object to its processing.
- Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. Use of the profile
The Controller will carry out the following actions:
- Access to the profile's public information.
- Posting on the user's profile of any information already published on the Controller's social network.
- Sending personal, individual messages through the social network's channels.
- Page status updates that will be published on the user's profile.
Users can always manage their connections, remove content that no longer interests them, and restrict who they share their connections with, by accessing their privacy settings.
3. Posts
Once a user becomes a follower of or joins the Controller's social network, they may post comments, links, images, photographs or any other supported type of multimedia content on it. In all cases, the user must be the owner of the content posted, hold the copyright and intellectual property rights to it, or have the consent of any third parties affected.
Any post on the social network — text, graphics, photographs, videos, etc. — that offends or may offend morality, ethics, good taste or decency, and/or that infringes, violates or breaches intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to one's own image or the law, is expressly prohibited. In such cases, the Controller reserves the right to remove the content immediately, without prior notice, and may request the user be permanently blocked.
The Controller will not be held responsible for content freely posted by a user. Users should bear in mind that their posts will be seen by other users, and are themselves primarily responsible for their own privacy. Images that may be posted on the social network will not be stored in any file by the Controller, but will remain on the social network.
4. Data of minors or persons with special capacities
Access to and registration on the Controller's social networks is prohibited for children under 14 years of age. If the user has special capacities, the intervention of the holder of parental authority or guardianship, or their legal representative, will be required, by means of a valid document proving such representation.
The Controller is expressly exempt from any liability that may arise from the use of the social networks by minors or persons with special capacities. The Controller's social networks do not knowingly collect any personal information from minors; therefore, if the user is a minor, they must not register, use the Controller's social networks, or provide any personal information.
